The Colorectal and Peritoneal Oncology Centre (CPOC) will be holding the 2nd Peritoneal Tumour Service (PTS) Patient Day on the 17th of May 2018
We want to invite past and present patients and relatives to The Christie to have the opportunity to meet the team including the Colorectal Consultants, Clinical Nurse Specialists, stoma nurses and other allied health professionals.
The aim of the day is to give patients the opportunity to network with others, watch presentations on the latest treatments and research as well as joining in with some meditation and complementary therapies.
The day will start with Registration & Refreshments at 9:30am. The sessions will begin at 10am with a talk by one of our past patients, who will share their PTS journey. Lunch will be provided during the day and we are scheduled to finish at 4pm.
We want to understand and share the excellent work that is being undertaken at The Christie and also take the opportunity to obtain some feedback about the Service. This day will also be used to launch the new CPOC website.
The day is open to 120 patients/ relatives and you will need to register via: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/peritoneal-tumour-patient-day-tickets-44111168693
