Schools and young people

Have you thought about getting your school involved and raise money for The Christie charity?

Whether you hold your own fundraising event, take part in one of our collection days or select us as your Charity of the Year Partner, we've got a lot of ideas and resources to help you. Watch this space for our new Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 lesson plans.

There are lots of fun ways to raise money: from pigging out with a cake sale to keeping fit with a sponsored bike ride, from pie throwing at a family fun day to selling refreshments at a school disco, from jamming at a battle of the bands to ballet dancing at a talent competition. We even have some very special Christie Bear collection boxes so why not take on the collection box challenge? Whatever type of event you and your pupils fancy doing there's always a way to make it into a fundraiser.

It doesn't matter how big or small, original or unoriginal your fundraising activities are- have lots of fun and get everyone on board and they're be a huge a success.
