Delivery

Postage is £5 on all Christie charity wedding favours deliveries. If you're ordering from The Christie charity branded merchandise shop, please see the separate branded merchandise delivery information.

You can also pick up your order for free from The Christie charity centre at the hospital - please tick this option when ordering.

We aim to dispatch orders no later than 3 working days after an order has been placed. Please contact the-christie.appeals.fundraising@nhs.net for more information.

Please note: you can buy up to 100 of any item. If you need to buy more than 100 of any item, please email us at the-christie.appeals.fundraising@nhs.net.

Your items will be sent out by Royal Mail recorded delivery. Please be aware that there are currently delays in the Royal Mail network due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We currently only offer UK delivery on all our products.

Returns

We hope you love all our wedding favours. But if you need to return anything, we aim to make this as easy as possible.

You’ll have 14 days of receiving your order to tell us you want a refund. Please ensure items are in the condition you received them.
