When you buy a £1 line in The Christie Charity Weekly Lottery, 50p goes directly towards funding clinical trials, patient care and research. The Christie Charity works alongside The Christie to provide enhanced services over and above what the NHS funds.

The Christie Charity only exists because of the fantastic support from all our amazing fundraisers. By playing The Christie Charity Weekly Lottery, you can help us keep making a big difference to our cancer patients and their friends and families.

How it works  

Buying 1 line in the lottery costs £1 for each week you play. Once you have registered, you will be sent a 6 digit sequence. This will be entered into the draw every Friday.

Every Friday, 6 numbers are selected at random. If you match 3 or more in the correct sequence, you will win one of the cash prizes on offer!

  • A 6-digit match wins £25,000
  • A 5-digit match wins £1,000
  • A 4-digit match wins £25
  • A 3-digit match wins 5 entries into the next draw

Prize cheques are posted directly to the lucky winners, so there is no need for you to claim. To enter, you must be 16 or over.

The care and support given to my dad during his treatment for a brain tumour was fantastic. We will always be extremely grateful to the team that cared for him. We started playing the lottery whilst my husband Peter was being treated. It enables us to provide support to the wonderful staff at The Christie and an easy way to thank them for their care over the years, with the additional benefit of assisting others. Peter is fit and well now, he’s down to yearly check-ups, all due to the fabulous urology team at The Christie. We will be forever grateful, the treatment he received was second to none.
