Most of our PDF documents are not fully accessible to users of screen reader software. This includes our annual reports, impact reports, standing order forms, payroll giving guides and forms, lottery sign up form and documents containing branding and marketing materials.
Disproportionate burden

Many of our PDFs including annual reports, impact reports, standing order forms, payroll giving guides and forms, lottery sign up form and documents containing branding and marketing materials are not fully accessible to users of screen reader software.
We’ve assessed the cost of fixing the issues with navigation and accessing information, and with interactive tools and transactions. PDF sign up forms, information guides and fundraising packs are not intended as reading materials, but printable alternatives to donate or printable branding materials.
