Dan Bate is an experienced corporate financier and qualified lawyer with more than 25 years advising public and private companies and their boards. As Managing Director and Head of PLC Advisory at Zeus Capital, he has led major IPOs, fundraisings and M&A transactions, bringing deep expertise in financial governance, public markets, regulatory compliance and strategic corporate advisory. His work includes supporting boards on governance structures, disclosure obligations and long‑term organisational performance.
Alongside his executive career, Dan has held non‑executive roles in a number of companies contributing to audit, remuneration and governance oversight. He is a Qualified Executive for AIM listed companies and a member of the London Stock Exchange’s Regional Advisory Group. A long‑standing resident of West Didsbury, he combines extensive professional insight with a strong personal commitment to improving outcomes for patients, families and communities.
