Rachel has worked for The Christie since 2003, moving to The Christie Charity in April 2023.

Rachel is a long-standing governor having previously represented the non-clinical staff constituency and contributes by being part of the council that scrutinises board actions and a member of the Membership and Community Engagement Governor Committee.

As a primary school governor for over 10 years, she believes this experience stood her in good stead for this role.
