Submission guidelines
- After submission, all successful abstracts will be contacted and asked to submit an A1 poster.
- You may also be selected for a short oral presentation. If you are not comfortable with this, please indicate in question 8 on the submission.
- Posters will need to be printed and brought on the day by the individual.
- There will be a discounted ticket rate for all poster submissions. A team member will send you a code to book you your discounted place upon acceptance of your poster.
- Due to the hybrid nature of the event, posters will also need to be sent in PDF format. They will form part of an “e-gallery” on the virtual platform for delegates to access. All posters must display the applicants’ full name and a relevant contact email address to facilitate any communication after the event.
