CPOC patient support

Whether you're a patient or a friend or family member of someone affected by colorectal or peritoneal cancer, it's normal to need some advice and support.

At the Colorectal and Peritoneal Oncology Centre (CPOC) at The Christie, we organise annual peritoneal tumour service patient days so patients can network with others and hear about the latest updates from the service.

We also have a bowel cancer support group, held on every 3rd Thursday of the month. Please speak to your key worker at The Christie if you would like to attend the group.

Advanced bowel cancer support group

We provide a monthly bowel cancer support group in person at the Maggie's Centre in Manchester and also hold virtual meetings for patients.

Living with and beyond colorectal cancer event

We are holding our second patient day for our patients who have undergone colorectal surgery at The Christie on 11 September 2024 for past and present patients.
