Living with and beyond colorectal cancer event

We are pleased to be holding our second patient day for our patients who have undergone colorectal surgery at The Christie on 11 September 2024. We would like to invite past and present patients, along with a relative.

The aim of the event is to give you the opportunity to speak with other patients and relatives who have been on a similar journey. You will also have the opportunity to meet and speak to our surgical consultants, your clinical nurse specialists, stoma nurses and other healthcare professionals.

The day will start at 10am (with registration/coffee at 9.30am) and will finish approximately around 3pm. We will provide a light lunch/refreshments.

The day is open to patients’ friends/relatives, and you can register on Eventbrite. Please note there are 2 tickets per patient only due to capacity.

If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact Amanda Coop, colorectal specialist nurse on 07824373785.

Alternatively, you can email Amanda.coop@nhs.net to discuss further.
