The Christie Charity
The Clinical Skills Training Team provides training to develop knowledge and skills and verify competency of clinical skills to enable practitioners to be safe, confident and competent to deliver the highest standard of care and experiences for patients.
The service can be accessed by The Christie staff, medical, nursing and AHP students, external Healthcare Professionals from NHS and third sector organisations.
The Clinical Skills Training Team is also responsible for leading training, policy and practice in:-
- Moving and Handling
- The Christie Care Certificate
- Preceptorship
- Medical devices training
