This one-day workshop is designed for leaders and managers who wish to reflect on their communication skills when interacting with colleagues and effectively manage potential conflicts within teams.

• Discuss the challenges in communicating with colleagues and explore the roots of conflict.
• Explore how to get your message heard and achieve win-win solutions.
• Discover skills for hearing, understanding, making requests, and saying no.
• Demonstrate a 3-step process for raising issues and concerns with colleagues.

• Participate in hands-on activities and role-playing scenarios to practice and refine your communication skills.
• Engage in group discussions to share experiences, challenges, and solutions with peers.
• Learn from experienced trainers who bring real-world leadership and management experience in a clinical setting.
• Apply new techniques through practical exercises designed to simulate real workplace situations.
