Please make sure that you have your NHS number or hospital number to hand before calling us. Please also include your NHS or hospital number on any email correspondence.
If you do send us an email, please advise if you are happy for us to record your email address on your hospital record and that you are happy to receive a reply via email. If you would prefer a phone call, please make that clear.
As part of our service, we aim to keep you fully informed of your treatment and progress through our service. As such, we automatically send you a copy of all correspondence letters to your GP.
If you have an urgent query relating to your treatment during the COVID-19 pandemic:
- From Monday to Friday between 9 am and 4 pm, please call 0161 446 3479 and press option 3.
- At other times, please call The Christie Hotline on 0161 446 3658.
