We offer advice and coordination in the care of patients with suspected and confirmed Metastatic Spinal Cord Compression (MSCC) in Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
The MSCC service can be accessed to either refer a new patient or to discuss a patient you have concerns about in terms of warning signs for MSCC.
Refer or discuss a patient with the MSCC service
- Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) - MSCC coordinators on:

- Out of hours – call The Christie Hotline or clinical oncology registrar on-call on:
