Professional biography
Dr Conroy was born in Salford. After graduating and completing her early medical training in Newcastle-upon-Tyne she returned to Manchester and commenced her Oncology training at The Christie in 2009.
During her time at the Christie she won the learning assessment test at the 2012 ESO Masterclass in Clinical Oncology -first out of 62 young oncologists from 28 countries. She spent a year as a clinical observer in a large teaching hospital in Sydney, Australia before returning to The Christie to take up a post as a Consultant.
Research Interest
Use of stereotactic radiotherapy in prostate cancer.
Educational Interests
Undergraduate and Postgraduate medical education. Co-founder of The Christie FRCR Part 2B Revision Course.
