Professional biography
Dr Foy attended medical school at the University of Liverpool, graduating in 2009. She completed her general medical training in the North West, before commencing her specialist Oncology training at the Christie in 2014.
In 2016, Dr Foy commenced a Cancer Research UK - AstraZeneca Fellowship based at the CRUK Manchester Institute. She focused her laboratory research on circulating biomarkers of cancer and was awarded a PhD in 2021.
After completing her oncology training, Dr Foy was appointed as a Consultant Medical Oncologist in 2023.
