Business support
Working in business support, you need a good standard of literacy and numeracy. You’ll usually need GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and maths and basic IT qualifications. You’ll needs skills in time management, organisation and communication in any admin role.

Corporate services
Corporate services support both clinical and non-clinical areas. Some corporate services are mainly for patients, such as hospital play or health promotion staff. Other roles, such as those in human resources, support the whole organisation.
You could work in:
- marketing and communications
- finance
- human resources
- technical and buildings
