Therapeutic Uses of Aromasticks and Aroma Pots

Thursday 6, 13 and 20 November 2025, 9:30am to 12:30pm – virtual

The aim of the course is to enable participants to increase their knowledge, develop skills and build confidence in the therapeutic use of aromasticks. The course will include blending techniques, installing and anchoring methods, and research and evaluation evidence.

Along with attendance on the course, students will also be required to complete directed tasks and provide reflective feedback on the activities (this will take approximately 4.5 hours).

Prerequisite: Applicants must hold a minimum of a UK Level 3 Diploma in Aromatherapy (or equivalent with a Level 3 certificate in Anatomy and Physiology) and a minimum of 1 year of professional therapeutic experience, with supporting evidence.

Applicants who do not meet the standard entry requirement will be subject to a review by Integrative Therapies Training Unit on a case-to-case basis. In such cases, candidates may be required to complete the Understanding Cancer: For Integrative Therapists and Health Care Professionals course as part of their application process. All applicants MUST provide a copy of their qualification upon booking confirmation.
