Christie patient given personalised vaccine for bowel cancer
Richard Nelson from Timperley in Greater Manchester has received a new type of vaccine currently being developed to stop his bowel cancer returning, as part of a clinical trial which is being run at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester.
